Who is Morris Dees?

and can you answer this logic problem?

Conservatives believe in equality and the rule of law, therefore since Republicans were using The Congress to make laws abolishing slavery and the courts to uphold those laws, wasn't Lincoln's Republican party following conservative ideas.

Leftists believe in that they can overthrow the government to meet their needs without worrying about the needs of others And since The Democrats in the south rose up against the Government of the United States in armed rebellion meant to create a new nation that didn't have to follow the laws of the United States Government and those very same conservative ideas Lincoln had, wasn't the South following in the very message of the Leftists today when they say that if they don't like the results of a federal election they have the right to secede by force as necessary?

Say what you will about Lincoln and the Republican party of 1860, the fact remains that Democrats rose up in revolt against The US Government to continue the slavery of men, women, and children as a "state's right." If that isn't leftism in it's most corrupt form, then what is?

The NAACP was created by Republicans to achieve the goals of recontruction sidelined by the Southern Democrats, and it did so until democrats took over it's leadership.

In 1980's when faced with a shortage of funding and almost totally taken over by democrats, the NAACP decided to start a campaign against all confederate landmarks and symbols as a means to fill their coffers and bring black voters in the south into the democrat ranks to replace those democrat white voters lost to The Reagan Revolution.

My Opinion has always been that the democrats have always been the party of race and that republicans have always been the party of equality.

So show me where I am wrong?
