I don't remember the last time I could not take my eyes off the TV for the sake of pleasure. I enjoyed every second of tonight's show. I appreciate them honoring Elliotts's mother. The guests were great and the oddballs were great. Taylor played his harmonica. It was just beautiful. When all the males sang together I was thinking it is the first time I've ever seen a group and felt like I knew each one. I have seen each individual be so happy and be criticized and then be rejected in front of America, their family, coworkers, friends, and enemies. It's really amazing. I've never been so voyeuristic with each performer before. Last night I saw Sugarland Express and enjoyed it but I don't know a single thing about any of those people. But these Idols are special.
