I think the whole crying thing is an act, trying to get the sympathy vote. I agree but it has gone way too far IMO. Looks really weird to me. Even hubby (who really likes her ta tas but wants Taylor to win) says so. It is okay to cry when your child wins something/goes on to the next round, but bawling because she is just singing is weird, really weird. Guess they must buy kleenex by the boatload at home.

I totally agree. After Taylor sang his "Do I Make You Proud?" song both his parents looked a bit teary. Probably because they were both screaming, "YES!!!" in their heads, totally understandable. But EVERY TIME she sings?? That's just moderately creepy. On a scale of 1 to 5, I give it 3 Constantines.
