The theories about the phone lines being the limiting factor in the number of votes that each contestant can receive look valid based on the raw Dial Idol numbers... even though Taylor has about twice the number of busy signals as Kat, their total votes are remarkably similar.
This is going to be VERY close, folks!!!

I adore him. He has my vote. He doesnt' have to shake boobs to win the competition.:) I like a good boob-shaking as much as the next guy, but McPhee has relied on that for the entire competition.
Meanwhile, Taylor has used his voice, his talent and his natural charm to get to this point. He must win!
