The
Mayflower Compact is given credit for mentioning "just and equal Laws," but otherwise it's quite irrelevant. Those people established a theocracy, practiced communism until they nearly starved, and a couple of generations later their descendants were killing witches in Salem. The Federalist Papers make no mention of the Mayflower Compact.
