Hell, let's just legislate to have every kid that's not a member of a Bible-believin', washed-in-the-blood-of-Jesus household with a mother who doesn't work and a father who uses every occasion to emphasize that HE is the head of the house, be taken away from that parent (the only one he's ever known) and be put in an orphanage.

Thus if a child has one female parent, they do not get a "second mother". (it equally would apply to polygamists)
