If one has no income and lives off of someone else, should the someone else get the "prebate"? It is guaranteed income, plain and simple. If you were willing to submit to sending in receipts for every purchase and have that rebated up to a determined level, then yea, that is a reasonable rebate, but that is not how the farttaxers want it, they want a BIG, a basic income guarantee, for sure.
