Yes the first out of the box. Observation of a material is the first requirement of the method of science. Science observes facts. You have observed ID as a fact?
Has anyone ever observed non-ID as a fact? Do we know for a fact that it wasn't designed; that it all just came together somehow from somewhere but that no one knows from where it came or how it organized? Is it then a fact that there was no ID? Do we know where and how the laws of physics that govern the universe came into being? Has anyone observed string theory? Has anyone observed the marble sized lump of matter from which the universe allegedly expanded from?
