"If" cannabis use were legalized in the U.S., its use would increase and the use of alcohol would be reduced. (A net benefit to our society) Let me predict the future - Cannabis use will remain illegal in the U.S. up until (and only less than two decades away) our nation collapses from the costs of fighting foreign wars coupled with the multitude of domestic problems.
