BELGRADE, Serbia-Montenegro (AP)-His arriving coffin was left in the rain while airport officials signed paperwork. Its muted public display has drawn a fraction of the huge crowds he commanded in his heyday.
Slobodan Milosevic's memory and legacy are being unceremoniously snubbed by countrymen who blame the late Serbian leader for ruining the republic.

The commie traitor utterly destroyed his motherland for personal gain. And then he took the easy way out and committed suicide (like both his mother and father did years ago). A bloodline of cowards - suicide being the ultimate act of cowardice. Not a surprise.
His rule bred an atmosphere of conspiracy theorists, some of whom still cling desperately to the communist propaganda and deceptions. Like the people who think 9/11 was perpetrated by Jews and the CIA. Reality is inconvenient, so they weave fictions (hey, it is communism, no surprise).
Is the UN court a sham? Yes. Was Clinton a scumbag? Yes. But none of that changes the reality of Slobo. These are only convenient ways to change the subject (by mental midgets who also try to bolster their defenseless positions with lots of capital letters).

It's the same gang of Serb-apologists that poison all of these threads with their outrageous lies and hostile name-calling. Watch, they'll be here in no time
They exist for these threads only, there's nothing poliical in a great deal of their posts, only vile and outrageous charges, and re-writing of history.

I see one of those idiots lost their FR account. I generally don't report abuse but these idiots act like some kind of pack of wolves and just attack repeatedly for days.

Does anybody know if American tourists are welcome in Serbia-Montenegro and Republika Serbska? Would my Bosnian-Serb last name make any difference? Thanks for any replys.

Gathering from his less-than-well-attended service, it doesn't sound like the Serbs themselves think much of this "man".
He's tainted their reputations just as Hitler did for Germany.
There is nothing to be proud of here.

According to his apologists, George Soros paid the people to turn against Slobo.

She's one of them but the worst is the Proctologist newbie who posts all the conspiracy threads. I just can't see that one lasting long.

Slobo, the former communist turned ultra-nationalist, believed in nothing but his own personal aggrandizement; he caused great loss of life and much damage to the Balkans. He was like so many demagogues and opportunist we've seen before in history. It's no wonder that those who knew him best in Serbia, a nation that suffered disproportionately huge losses in WW's I and II, felt no loss with his death.

The apologists for the Clinton-bin Laden alliance are noisy tonight!
To: Jim_Curtis
And the Slobbo apologists can't hide the fact that his own people couldn't stand him. Including his supporters from the days when he was a Commie thug before he became a Nationalist thug.
