The schools aren't going away anytime soon,

&&&&&&&&

The Milwaukee limit on vouchers was raised recently from 15,000 to 22,000 and there are still cries for more. How long will this pent up demand for choice be suppressed?

Florida has a bill before their House for voucher for all children. It will pass the House, has a good chance of passing their Senate, and, if so, Governor Bush WILL sign it. It's his bill! Why is this before their legislature? It's there because parents and others are DEMANDING it.

Homeschooling continues to grow at 7 to 15% a year. Personally I think it is growing faster. How do I know? We vacation on the Maryland beaches in mid-September. Every year the number of non-institutionalize children increases on the beach at time when kids should be in school. When asked, they admit to being homeschooled. This year they were thicker than fleas.

The Southern Baptist Convention has had for two years a resolution calling for churches to recommend pulling children from their government schools. In some communities that would CLOSE the government system down almost completely!

When the government schools collapse it very well may be a quick as the Berlin Wall.

Quite some time. Government schools aren't going away any time soon, unfortunately.

If the only argument you have is that government school's need to be abolished, please don't ping me again.
