let's rethink this one. You never know, he might enjoy this punishment... so, how about putting him in a jail cell with 10 homosexuals for 4 days. hmmmm, might work.
Where ya reckon the judge came up with the 4 year timeframe? THAT is a more than a little extreme, I think
four years HOUSE arrest. He's gonna have himself some parties, I'm sure.
Four years is waaay too extreme a punishment for what he did. Four weeks would be plenty.
But, don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
