When talking about "reparations", we, here, always and ever take it to mean what the likes of Jesse Jackson and Alan Keyes mean by the term....a payoff/windfall for blacks, even IF there forefathers were slave holders or their families came to American after slavery was abolished here.
God help Free Republic when 'nopardons' gets to determine the meaning of words.
