I listened to Rush today. Was really disappointed. Wondered if White House was pulling strings.

Since Rush's legal troubles began, he really can't afford to alienate the white house or the republican party in general.

Notice that he had come out against the white house or the republican party on several issues like spending or Miers but after a day or two has retreated and stated that after "further reflection" the issue is actually a great example of "strategery".

Unfortunately, Rush's legal problems have reduced him to being a party cheerleader.

Aren't Rush's legal problems from STATE prosecutors? Or, are you saying Rush is indirectly trying to gain favor of Jeb Bush somehow?

You know, I was really REALLY angry with the President today. REady to JUMP SHIP!!! But Larry Elders, ( of ALL PEOPLE, I usually don't listen to him), said take a deep breath and don't come down on this issue until we looked at the facts. After listening to him for a hour, I began to see his point. I am going to reserve my opinions on this issue until I know more.
