It looks like you are going for a master-debator word trap here, but...
I realize that you may not agree, but the old testament says the same thing Elsie points out many times before modern history.
The OT tells us that the conflict that Israel has in our current day with it's neighbors is brought about because Israel had turned it's back on GOD, in fact it predicts this conflict will continue throughout history.
The Jews understood that their slavery in Egypt was brought about for this reason.
The bible says that all things work for the good of GOD. Even the terrible things that happen will eventually help to fulfill GOD's purpose.
Again, just for clarity, I am not saying that the Jews who died in the holocost went to hell. I have faith that GOD offers all of the help that is needed when it comes to eternity.

1. Was the Holocaust the result of Jews turning their backs on God, in your opinion?
2. In what way are Jews turning their backs on God today?
