I am criticizing their decision to wait so long for whatever reason they had. It was stupid and it feeds into the nutbars. I don't think Cheney did anything worse than be a stupid hunter along with his cohorts who apparently did some stupid stuff themselves. And have never implied otherwise, your claims to the contrary.
