What keeps McCellan from taking off his shoe and throwing it at these people?! I'd last a nanosecond in that job. They keep badgering him about the EXACT time of everything. They're pissing over a few hours!
Yes, I saw it. One reporter asked if Cheney was going to resign. Another asked if the situation would have been more serious if the man who got shot had died.
I figure that Cheney's office did not put out the info on Sat, because it would have made front Sunday newspapers and also the talk shows. Who knows if it was a mistake in their part as far as not saying sooner. The friend is okay and peppered with freckles.... but for the msm to act like this was a planned event and Cheney needs to resign just proves how stupid the left and media has become.......

It doesn't take a policy manual to realize that an accidental shooting involving the Vice President is a signficant news story and that a press release should have been issued as soon as Whittington's relatives were notified.

Rush played the tape of Charlie Gibson interviewing the little Corpus Christi bimbette who "broke" the story, and it was nothing but an endless litany of "like, ya know" and "I had to like, just totally go get a pencil and transcribe this, ya know." You could just hear the whistling of the air between this little reporterette's ears. They must vacumn out all the contents of their heads in journalism "school."
