Man50D, what planet have you been living on? The wealthy has been the ONLY class which has multiple choices as to how much tax they pay. The wealthy can employee tax attorneys, use tax shelters, set up estates and foundations. They are, at the present, the ONLY class with choices of how NOT to pay tax. The tax code is full of choices for those who are wealthy.

Under the fair tax, if it is truly fair, only by their spending will the rich be able to determine their tax.

I live on the planet where the top 1% of wage earners pay 34.27% of all income taxes, the top 25% pay 83.88% of all income taxes and the top 50% pay 96.54% of all income taxes. http://www.rushlimbaugh.com/home/today.guest.html There is very little if any opportunity to avoid taxes when baring such a tremendous amount of the tax burden. Those who pay the least in taxes are the lowest 50% of income earners. You need to get your facts straight before you start slinging the insults.
