The Fair Tax is progressive due to the fact that the rebate will be a smaller percentage of income as it rises and conversely the tax paid will be greater but no more than the maximum 23%. Those on the lowest end of the income scale will either pay zero in taxes with the rebate factored in or may actually receive more more money from the rebate than they would with the Fair Tax.

Don't bother posting it. They know the address of the website but they are never going to accept it as a valid tax plan because then they'd have to actually start paying taxes instead of collecting what others have paid.

IOW, more money is paid out as welfare under the "progressive" Fairtax than under the income tax...More money paid out breeds more people getting it.
We're supposed to stand and cheer for this because?_______________
