I would agree with that, except there does appear to be harm to the society by legalizing homosexual marriage. I think the Sweden was a case study.

Let me be clear about my position. I do not think that the government should legalize homosexual marriage in the sense of licensing and recognizing them. I think they should just get out of that business altogether. People can call themselves married if they want.
I think the Sweden was a case study.
Go on. I'm listening.
Scratch under the surface and you'll find that the problem for wagglebee is that homosexuals aren't being imprisoned.
You know this how?
Wagglebee's comments to me in #16 imply it, although imprisonment is possibly a bit of an exaggeration. Let me put it this way. I say wagglebee believes that homosexuality should be illegal, and if anyone wanted to make a bet I would give them odds.
Yes, Sweden does have such a case study. It's routinely suppressed by our media, largely demanded it be so by homosexual activists who decry the study itself.
I will see what I can find but I did read about it and the study itself a year (maybe two) ago somewhere, also created a great deal of nastiness by homosexuals when it was attempted to be discussed (elsewhere, not FR).
If I can locate anything, I'll include it here later.
Homosexual marriage does the same harm to the community that counterfeit currency does to the economy. It guts the meaning and legitimacy of an existing institution on which the community depends. Children don't grasp this, because they don't appreciate what institutions mean, or why they are essential to an ordered community. But all normal adults understand it more or less implicitly.
