Sure there is more involved in being a father, but DNA is the legal test to prove who the father is, and the true father is the one required to pay support.

You don't get to force child support on the nice guy down the road just because he acted like a great father to all the kids in the neighborhood, because he took them to ball games and spent time with them.

I know that femi-nazi's would like to make up the rules as they go, it just doesn't work that way.
