Sorry, but I do disagree. No one has any real proof of anything. It's suspicions and innuendo for now.

Decent point. It's not exactly clear what exactly the girls did to make them "suspect." I do think that the lawsuit isn't a good idea. One thing is to determine is do the girls really have the "capacity" to be declared as lesbians. I don't believe teenagers can be said to have the "maturity" to make the decision on sexual orientation (except I guess to abstain) in much the same way as we apply with drugs, alcohol, and smoking. Can we declare them as such too?

Does a private school need one? I think the school should have simply said they were not welcome back -- period.
