I meant to add that while making shine can be hazardous to the health of the moonshiner, it's nowhere near as much so as cooking meth. And given some of the nasty stuff that's used to make that stuff, it's amazing more folks aren't killed from bad batches.

Its not that suprising considering that the manufacturers do indeed care about the quality of their product, since producing and then selling a large batch of bad product would probably put them out of buisness.
