I wish you knee-jerk, insulting Darwinists would get the clue. The basic issue is not which is correct, Darwin or ID. The issue is whether tyrannical left wing judges can force people to swallow whatever they dictate in violation of the basic principles of the Constitution.

This month it's Darwin. Next month it will be condom education in kindergarten. The month after that it will be gay marriage.

What this article says, basically, is that federal judges have no business making decisions on the basis of bogus theology.

I won't respond in kind to your vitriol. Also, I won't argue that ID is "science" under the current paradigm of thinking. However, I will point out, that although totally matarialistic evolutionary theory may be indeed "science", it has adherents (quite a few - maybe even a majority) that it goes beyond being just "science" to being a worldview and philosophy. As such, it really has become more or less a "religion" to them. Those are statements that can be verified by the writings of these "scientists."

Everyone has some form of an "agenda" that is guided by their worldview. The truly honest will admit it. Hey, I'm biased and don't pretend to be otherwise.

Evolution is not science either. It is but a theory that some part of science supports and most science stands against; such as the 2nd law of thermodynamics and transmutation of species. Those who support evolution try to make adaption of species into mutation of species and therefore give rise to other different species. Not so. They are only sub species of the same species, much as you breed two different dogs to make another sub species. That is not evolution by any means.
The science of Creationism is so well grounded that the atheist liberals and conservatives refuse to even consider it and use the tactics of the liberal left neo nazi pols; attack and destroy politically that which you can not logically or scientifically defeat. That conservatives who pride themselves on their ability to think and discern follow the same principles of left wing fascism is despicable.
