If I decided to start a class that talked about economics, and the effect of interest rates, then stated that it was to 'slap the 'kikes' in the face', I would expect that there would be very little sympathy for the reaction to the statement and the intent of the class.
Those are what are known as 'fighting words'. Freedom of speech extends to a certain point. While people are free to be bigots, Mirecki was definitely walking on the wrong side of that line. I don't condone the violence, but if the story he tells is true, I'm not surprised.
