Bingo. EVERYONE is paying taxes for state run universities. It really does boil down to discrimination. I would say the defendants have a great case. Isn't there a law firm (the Christian version of the ACLU) which is currently tackling such issues? I suggest these young people and their families contact them.

Here's a "theory". At the least, currently there is an ongoing marginalization of Christian based schools and the students which they produce. The argument being that the "course work" is somehow "inferior". What a load of BS. It's a way for the state to interfere with the curriculum of private institutions and possibly to frighten people away from Christian based schools. If my son/daughter goes to a Catholic/Christian school they may not be able to get into the local university, oh no!! Eventually, it would erode the enrollment numbers at private and Christian based schools. The left is scared sh**tless about the thought of private education (particularly Christian schools) and the idea of school vouchers. Enrollment in the public school system is on its way down and enrollment in private school is up. It's a numbers game. They are desperately trying everything they know to hang on to the status quo. It really is all about money, power and social indoctrination folks. The smartest people I know received Catholic educations.
