That reminds me. I have wondered why CC was never in the news after his meeting with Beth and Jug that first night, and his interview early-on with Greta. I am going to write to him first. In his interview he impressed me as an intelligent man who knows a lot about what goes on in Aruba.
Oh, if only our FBI had the power to interrogate these liars! Maybe, just maybe, they could ferret out the truth.

CC has been reined in by ALE. He was arrested (for domestic battery or something similar,) held for a time, and has now gotten on board with the Task Force's agenda that Joran had nothing to do with NH's disappearance. If he hasn't recanted most of what he originally said, he's gone silent on anything he knows about Aruba, what goes on there, and anything about the NH case. As far as I have seen, his "case" is still pending.

very, very good observation, the voidance from the publicity surrounding natalee's disappearance of this man is extremely suspicious...he accompanied everyone on the first night; he speaks papiente and knows what exactly was said between ALE and the Slooters, and his ominous prediction of the shock that would be felt when the reality in detail of her experience becomes clear speaks volumes in a few words and still hangs heavily in the back of my mind...one of the great advantages of this thread is having this multiplied brain power of recall (like the yellow station wagon spotted in a distantly passed photo by Vn_survivor_67-68 and the creative effort that is marvelously successful to make investigation personnel from the US aware of these thoughts and discoveries)...i say several of us, myself included, write him for his own view on what has since occured and see if he responds...i am also going to leave an email for any of these folks to respond at in order to accelereate ease in expressing their thoughts, and this goes for the everyday joe's there, too...i will emphasize to fellow freepers that i was inundated with suspicious emails containing potentially computer deadly viruses for a time after my initial connections via email in aruba, those have since stopped since none were opened--and i did flatout accuse the ATA of being responsible and wrote them that our FBI could track these emails if necessary (i always utilize my ohio political affiliations when directly communicating with arubans--it never hurts to make the bogeyman's shadow look larger by throwing some darkness on the wall, especially when telling ghost stories to children) ---odd they stopped right after, even if the FBI nonsense was just a juke and a feint...best be warned and wary, though; there are some bitter people down there
About Charles Croese--I believe he has faded into the woodwork around this case primarily because he has a business to protect. Most of his customers are year-round Arubans. He could go broke by speaking out on behalf of the Holloway-Twittys.
