and, freedumb, how do you define "last"? but the start "some chick goes out to get laid and gets dead" is a deliberate sucker punch to the regulars here, and are the kind of words people get cracked over the head with a cue stick over (even though we all admit in the new year that violence is wrong...very, very wrong) and i regret this is all electronic, my friend, because we really should speak face to face so i can clearly hear your tone as you say that again...natalee dead and jerks like you breathing air; its a funny world
Obviously freedumb has a "bone to pick" with those who want justice done for Natalee and her family. Quoting, "...some chick goes out to get laid and gets dead" is an outrageous comment to make.
Is that what Natalee confided to you, freedumb? And did she also tell you, and no one else, that she was willing to die in the process?
With all due respect my recommendation to freedumb is to be very careful of how you judge others. We are often called upon to "eat our words."
On the homefront, we allowed our daughter, a student at a fine arts university, to take a trip to Russia with her class and teachers. She was 19-20 at the time and came back safely. Should we have denied her the opportunity? Maybe that's not a good comparison of the high school trips to islands, but some might have advised us not to allow the trip to Russia.
Life, all of it, is a gamble. We have to be wise, vigilant. Natalee's mom truly believed she'd be okay. All the other students returned home, regardless of their Aruban freedom and "adventures".
Until proven otherwise, someone or more than one is responsible for Natalee's death. (As of now, I tend to believe she is not alive.)
Aruba has mismanaged this whole investigation. People want answers.
