As someone who smoked pot regularly for 15 years, I can tell you that the overwhelming majority of those 14 year-olds will live out their sad lives as pathetic losers.

It is a concern. The frontal lobe of the brain develops until around the age of 20. You have to wonder if the higher rate of drug and ETOH abuse found in a lot of people with psychiatric disorders is an effect of the disorders or the cause.
