I think both claims are made up statistics.

I think your assertion that those are DEA statistics is false.

I didn't say they were DEA statistics. But the DEA did put the "95%" statistic on its website, crediting the Tennessee DA's Association or whatever it is. They had a big banner on their page complete with a link to the Meth is Death website. The statistics may not be theirs, but obviously they don't have a problem parroting the statistics. If they didn't want people to believe the statistics were true, why did they blast one of them across one of their web page and link people to the page with the rest of the statistics? Looks to me like they are approving and adopting these claims.
