But you're asking the rest of us to condone that behavior by legalizing it. Sorry, but that cheapens life for the rest of us.

So using cannabis is "suicide" ... although nobody ever fatally overdosed on it? What other self-harming behaviors are properly criminalizable as "suicide"? Poor diet and lack of exercise?
