Thanks! I thought the story about the doors to the bedrooms being closed was pretty lame.....I always check if my youngest has left his wallet and keys on the divider. Or failing that....see if his truck is in the driveway. OR if still in doubt, I knock on his door if it's closed. I am persistent....but I can't sleep til he's home and safe. I once called his cell....he answered...from his room! LOL

Don't laugh, but when my kids were out they had a curfew. I used to put an alarm clock on the kitchen table and set it for their curfew. They had to be in to turn it off. They knew that I had better not have to get up and turn it off. I always heard them come in, but they didn't know that.

Just like me. I have to see the sneakers by the door, the keys hanging up and a body in his bed!! This mother is stunned if she thinks the door being shut is PROOF that the kid is home.
