I agree with your earlier post that this may be the tip of the iceberg. And I had been wondering, if there are pictures, to whom and how they were being distributed. It's referencing a child pornography ring but further along in this lengthy paper it says that that the Netherlands is even more lax with the abuse of women as it is their belief that they are 18 and making their own decisions.

If so, Mama Alpo would be aiding & abetting, obstructing and false statements in this case.
