the bush shamnesty is more of the same pandering for votes, but it will backfire on the GOP. 1)hispanics likely wont vote GOP, and if they did before, the legal ones will turn their back on the party
2)by taking a big dump on the conservative base it will fracture the party unless we have someone like mike pence in 2008 for pres
