"Surely PVDS doesn't have the money"
I don't have any reason to believe that.....here is why
PVDS has been a lawyer in the employ of the Dutch Govt living and working in whatever his true capacity has been in the Justice dept living on aruba for 15 years running. I suspect that whatever games he has been into through the occupational and criminal contacts has been far more lucrative than the salary of a "judge". Further, a judges actions are recorded, and ultimately revealed on the record, whereas pretrial deals, favors, bakshish etc are easier to obscure pretrial, as we are seeing now. I don't think he ever wanted to be a judge.....but had to go through the motions to not attract the attention of honest folks in the Dutch system, thus the repeated failure of the exam or whatever.....the "failure" as reported in the media diverts attention from his real activities in aruba, as well as the characters under the rocks in his legal dealings during the last 15 years, which as we know includes people such as van der Straaten, and maybe eveb Karin Jansen. If one notes the transformation of the aruba of 15+ years ago to what it is today, there has been lots and lots of opportunity to assist the bad guys as well as know them and dabble in some of their crimes and perversions for fun and profit.

Maybe we should try to discover exactly what his position has been and what were his duties and responsibilities.....and what sort of cases he has had influence or decision/recommendation authority in.....to include specific cases......its always a follow the money affair. PVDS has not even begun to recieve the scrutiny he warrants, all things considered......but I don't have a clue of how to begin to do it.....I just hope the FBI can and is......
