Oy vey! This is the same guy who was convinced that SP couldn't be guilty because he couldn't have dumped Laci's body off the Gamefisher. And to prove it he created that hilarious little video with his son pretending to try to toss his wife from a boat, a boat without an engine and smaller than the Gamefisher. It was just ludicrous and on a par with Geragos' demo.
Ernie believes his clients are innocent. His explanation for all the story changes? "Panic."
