........I think this is the verbiage they are using for kidnapping. Wonder if they will try to determine if she knew she was getting into a private vehicle vs a cab. If she thaought she was getting into a provate vehicle, but them wanted out how would they classify that? I'm just thinking out loud here..........

Don't know either. This is the first time I have seen anything official in writing about the reason someone is being held. I still think these are the exact same reasons that Joran and the brothers were held when they we all areested back in June. What makes Tito's statement invalid in that sense is the pre-meditated murder. If the brothers were being rearrested because of the claims of the new witnesses (3-4 girls) murder would not be in there.
Kidnapping/false imprisonment could apply to the new witnesses, but not murder. But...it is Aruba so we may have to wait for further explanations of what all this means.
