Could you be referring to Laura Miller, daughter of Tim Miller, the guy who started Texas Equuasearch?
I didn't think the name was Miller... thought it was something less common than that... Laura Smithers. Laura Recovery Center is still going as a separate entity. It's a foundation to help find missing children. Probably same killer though. B@stards.
