EXACTLY grizz. I think we should always refer to PVDS as the FAILED JUDGE!! I mean even Rudy Croes, the Minister of Justice seemed only to keen to make sure THAT got on the record. He is a FAILED JUDGE, He was REJECTED, he's looking for a job!!
