I want to watch the replay, as the warden did say that, then rephrased this, saying something to the effect of "not harshly".

The guy was toast from the start of the interview, but the question is, how serious is the damage to the case.

Joran's lawyer has been on, talking disinformation, about how sneaky MSNBC was yada, yada, yada, that their entire purpose was to trap Joran. The poor kid was stuck there in his boxers. The fact that he might have answered a few questions in NO way meant that he gave permission to tape. Mo siree.

At one point in this rant, the lawyer did say he had to admit that the court did not agree with him, that MSNBC was invited in, that the warden did give them permission to film as long as he was with them, and he even asked MSNBC if they would like to see the juvenile section?????
