How does this equate to personal revenge? Jossy isn't 'out of business' down there and neither is his family. Who is he seeking revenge against? Someone else on the island?
Jossy has enemies in the Netherlands and I would suspect, as result, at least some of the Aruban justice ministry. I believe he is also an opponent of the ruling government. Now his motives might not be revenge but I don't think he's missing the opportunity to stick them in the eye any chance he gets. Exposing their corruption makes him no less corrupt though, he just is playing the hand the Holloway case dealt the Island.
