again... I heard it differently - even replayed it twice on my tivo. Lawyer said the 2:40am call came from the area north of the hotel strip and then later he said that the call a little after 3:00am came from the area where Joran says he was at that time (which was he is that he says he was at home) and the lawyers says records prove (that this call or text message came from Joran's home phone - computer - or a cell phone near the VDS home) but there is no tape showing "Joran" walking past the banks and businesses while he walked home as ALE got to them too late before they were recorded over. So the mystery is how he got home but they know he was home or near his home during that 3:00 am -ish call or text/computer message.

Hopefully the transcript will be up tomorrow as I don't feel like doing it myself tonight.

I know how you feel. I think we all need to get together at a central location for a well deserved cold beer after this is all over.

Thanks, I very well could have misunderstood. Did not mean to misrepresent.

I do think that delay, those first 10 days of the case that someone's godfather was running the investigation (I understand now that he is Joran's brother's godfather, not Joran's) so much lost, including video tapes. How convenient.
