Regarding people on the threads claiming posting here accomplished something--I haven't seen that but I have seen the opposite--claims that posting here has somehow hindered the investigation. I have seen many posts from people criticizing somebody else's post by saying something like "Discussing this idea is not helping the case" or "An idea like that does not support Beth/Jug/Dave/Greta/Nancy/etc." As if we here are having some kind of impact positive or negative on the case itself.
It's sort of a pet peeve of mine to read in a thread somebody telling somebody else that they should not have the opinions they have or they should not discuss what they are posting.
Sometimes what is posted here has had an impact--the Dan Rather fiasco and also this is the first place I saw posted something about Cindy Sheehan's family not being on board with her. But I think in the Holloway case we have not uncovered anything of import other than expressing our own interest in it. As far as I'm concerned I do not imagine myself to be part of the investigation and I have read with equal interest postings with ideas from all sides of the issues in this case.

if you think it foolish to have 15 threads, why are you here? i think you and toespi are VDS cousins, or at least you think and act like it...arrests are announced, things are happening, but all you two can do is whine that some of us still care and incredibly are still pointing fingers at ghosts...well, we know you don't teach, coach sports, or have a career in law or the enforcement there of...thanks for the realistic thoughts, they really have done wonders for the Holloway and Twitty families and when this case is solved please remember who you two have been in regards to positive and deligent focus

Yeah, that's where I have been getting alot of the photos. Don't know who the blogger is, but they get pics that I haven't seen elsewhere . . .
Looks like Freddy may now be confirmed as the third person in today's events.

"Prosecutor's office spokeswoman Mariaine Croes (search) told FOX News that the third person was a man known as "Freddy" or "F.A.", said to be a friend of Joran van der Sloot (search), who has been held in the case since June 9."

Can we start a new thread? Thread fifteen is just full of people says "we shouldn't care about Natalee / this case". Now that they have gotten that off their chests maybe we can start a new thread and get back to the news on the Holloway case...
I am hopeful the thread fifteen "do not care folks have moved on to bothering some other thread topic" Perhaps the 92 year old rapist thread.
