Half of Mexico Wants to Move to the U.S. (Fox should take note)

Nearly half of Mexican adults would move to the U.S. if they could – and one in five say they would do so illegally, new surveys reveal.

These same surveys suggest that America's problem with illegals will only get worse in the years to come.

Waves of illegals continue to wreak havoc on America's southern border, and this past weekend New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson ordered a state of emergency in four of his state's counties that border Mexico "because of the urgency of the situation and, unfortunately, because of the total inaction and lack of resources from the federal government and Congress."

Whether Mexico Gets Better or Not

The surveys of Mexican citizens by the Pew Hispanic Center also found that increased education and an improved standard of living won't dampen the stampede of illegals coming across the border.

The two surveys conducted in Mexico asked: "If at this moment you had the means and opportunity to go to live in the USA, would you go?" Almost half - 46 percent - said yes.

I thought that half of Mexico already had moved to the United States.

Of course, we could go down there and take half their country, just like we did in the 1840s. Then half of htem would be in the U.S. without having to have themselves smuggled in the trunk of some drug dealer's car.

If we grab the other half, maybe we could tax them in lieu of all the benefits they are now receiving. Makes sense.

What we're doing now makes no sense at all.

And we could increse our domestic oil production!

Maybe by quite a bit. We already know that Mexico has substantial reserves. The only way to prove reserves, really, is to drill. I'd bet they haven't run out of good prospects to drill yet.

I wonder how their capacity for more drillin gis? If an American oil company went down there and drilled to sell a part of it to America, that would increase our supply, bring in money for Mexico, crate jobs down there, and keep a certain number of them from smuggling themselves into our country,

Since that would dry up the supply of cheap labor (hint: hire welfare recipients instead), it will never even be considered.

From what I've learned from Mexicans, they're attempting to take back the land that they lost in the Mexican-American war. Just as the Israelites are being forced to give up Gaza and the West Bank, the Mexicans want us to give back those territories we gleaned from them in the war.

So we'll beat them in Mexican War II just as we did in Mexican War I.

Not if the politicians and/or MSM have anything to say about it. They're aren't even attempting to stop illegals from coming into this country now.
