Yes, Posner is the owner of the Excelsior. But I'm wondering if the manager of the Excelsior is a different person and if so - who?? Beth mentioned that the manager of the Excelsior Casino, had flown the coup.
From what I've read, Posner is headquartered in Chicago, rather than Aruba. However, not sure if this true. If Posner is really a felon, I'm wondering if there are no laws against a felon owning gambling facilities internationally.
