What is the Mansur's business other than news? Does Posner own just the casino, or the HI as well? If just the casino, who does he pay a 'commission' to? They don't let that space be used in the HI for nothing...
I agree...I never thought Van der Straaten was a power player. I think he is bought and paid for by someone in power. As to the Mansurs and Contreras clans...they are the island power and have been for a very long time.
