As I understand the reason had something to do with a food order. Some have implied it was due to her not calling in to work when she was not going to be there when her boys were getting out of detention. So...not 100% sure of the real reason.

I haven't seen anything definitive on that either. Some have even rumored that she was fired for stealing.
I thought I read a newspaper account of her being fired for getting a food order wrong, but with so many changing rumors, who knows.

You must be speaking of Mama Kalpoe's losing her job. IIRC it was said that she was suspected to have been turning in food orders and then claiming that the people had walked the tab while she was pocketing the money herself.
