The pond still draining? Of course it is. With the equipment & manpower, they have had time to drain the bloody Gulf of Mexico AND start on the Carribean Ocean!! FGS.

They were discussing this earlier today on MSNBC. One of the comments was that because it is so close to the Carribean the water is seeping back in underneath the ground. This is slowing the process down.
