Are you referring to this post from Scared Monkeys? That's me they're quoting. (Ouch!!! Hurt my arm patting myself on the back)

I was trying to look up something about this case on the net and found this entry on another blog posted by a user named 'Truthluva'. I think this is very well put:

QUOTE
Well said. I think Beth caught our attention and we all decided this was important because of her...at first. I think we have all moved into that cohesive realm of "What would I do if this was my child?" I know, as many on this site know, there are a lot of missing people out there and we wish that were not the case. Beth is showing us all what we can do if we ever find ourselves in such an unfortunate situation. And our interest is proof that if it's there for us to see we will be affected and we will respond.

After communicating with so many of you here I find that there are more people out there that feel the same way I do about this. Who knows, maybe this case will open up the media more for all missing persons cases. The parents of Adam Walsh and Polly Klaas are doing their part and I have a feeling that when this is over they can add Beth Twitty to the ever-growing list of parents that will speak out on this issue. I'm glad to see so much coverage of this case because I think it needs to be put in front of the public as much as possible. People need to know.

Pat yourself one more time. That was a great quote.

And one other thing Beth Twitty has shown is that even a much older, even "of age" child needs a parental advocate getting things done. There is a LOT she has already done to show parents the way to go if G-d forbid they are ever in her shoes.
