I seem to notice since they broke the story about emptying the pond that Beth Twitty started to look really distressed. Her facial expressions have definitely taken on a pale, stricken look as though she has become convinced of the awful truth that her daughter is most likely dead. I just ache so badly for her and feel she has done so much to keep digging for the truth behind this horrific event.

I despise the way they handled this. Cronyism when a woman's life and a family's peace is at stake? If my dear friend's child comes up in a murder investigation in my jurisdiction, I recuse myself, or do the right thing (shed a few tears and put him away).

Wow, in all my crazy thoughts about this, I've never once thought about some of those accusations. There's obviously some friction between the ex spouses, but since we don't (and don't need to) know the story behind the ex portion of their lives it's a pretty big leap to some of the theories over there. It's funny how Jug is the bad guy because he has expressed there were household rules.
I know. That's why I posted the comment about her silly grin. Just can't help myself sometimes, though.

Me, too! Poor Beth has been held hostage by their cronyism. Can't say anything, the Godfather will stop the investigation. No criticism, or godfather won't be happy. I hope she publishes that journal one day.

And one other thing Beth Twitty has shown is that even a much older, even "of age" child needs a parental advocate getting things done. There is a LOT she has already done to show parents the way to go if G-d forbid they are ever in her shoes.
